It is currently the most common method of machining metals and plastics. Thanks to the automation of the CNC turning process, it is possible to work faster and more accurately than in the case of manual machining (which we also provide). Lathes of this type are perfect for serial production of various types of elements. We offer professional CNC machining of objects of various sizes, made of metal, steel and other raw materials. We carry out orders both from our own materials and entrusted on the basis of customer documentation or a sample. Our CAD design office is also available to help if there is a need.
The CNC turning process and CNC milling are two different solutions. In the second method, we deal with the processing of flat surfaces or making various types of grooves, threads or cuts. During milling, the workpiece is stationary and the tool rotates. During turning, the workpiece rotates around its axis, where it is machined
CNC machining technology is characterized by the processing of materials of any type, most often metals of various types, by machining. In this process, turning knives are used, which during work cause the cutting of successive layers of material. The object is then set in motion (around its axis), and the knives work in a sliding motion and they are set in a specific way. When a piece is machined from the inside, it is called drilling, while outside machining refers to the machining of the outer diameter of the workpiece. Thanks to this, a spherical, conical or cylindrical shape of the object is obtained.
CNC lathes significantly improve the machining process. First of all, computer control makes it much easier to program the exact technical parameters that the final product should have. This in turn leads to the production of precisely finished products. A great advantage of using CNC machining is also dimensional repeatability – thanks to numerical control, specific technical data can be entered into the program, each time obtaining the same number of elements – in any quantity.
